How often do you find an A-line skirt these days? Not too often I’d say. I don’t believe it’s a very popular style amongst women. I’m not quite sure why but I am assuming it’s because not too many produces them and it may look a little old-fashioned. However, in an article on Huffington Post Style a few months back, they mentioned that the A-Line skirt is what they found to be the most-flattering type of skirt for every woman, no matter her size, shape or age. Honestly, I’m not sure if I would agree 100% but I could see why they thought that. The A-line skirt is cinched at the waist and forms an “A” shape from the waist down, thus the A-line. The key, according to Huffington Style, is to find the right length. That I do agree. This particular one I’m wearing on this post is from Front Row Shop and I find the length to be perfect for me. Not too short, not too long either. It’s got a little bit of sexiness, teasing every on-looker. Because the length is perfect, it’s great to wear for work and since it’s got like a foil-like design, it can be worn for a night out as well. Don’t we just love pieces that can be used for both work and play? What’s your favorite skirt style, ladies?
Speaking as a male, I find the A-line (skater nowadays) skirt/dress to be beautiful. You could say I love more fit-and-flare type skirts and dresses. Anyhow… you sparkle so beautifully with this skirt, those sandals, the bracelet, the necklace, and those earrings. Nice handbag. Exquisite style as a whole. Beautiful hair and face as well.
