I don’t want to sound like a weather woman but the past few days have been raining here in Houston. It’s been chilly and gloomy. I know that there are still places that are cold and snowing but by this time, Houston should really be quite warm. Well, we had quite some spring days last week. Anyway, since the weather has been sad, what better way to brighten up your aura but to wear florals and brights? Seriously ladies, I know it’s easy to style black, grays, and browns, especially for work, and there’s nothing wrong with it, but I do encourage you to try playing with colors and prints in your outfit, even if it means going out of your comfort zone. I think I’ve said this before, but our outfit is an expression of how we feel about ourselves on a given day. Our choices of prints and colors say a lot about our personality. I’m not a psychologist but I know that colors have connections with our personalities. Today’s outfit, a mixture of printed and solid color, is very wearable for both work and play.
