Mi Ola!

About a couple of weeks ago, my family and I drove to Grapevine, Texas to spend a couple of nights at the Great Wolf Lodge and Resort to celebrate my sister-in-law’s birthday. It was a very much needed getaway even though it was only short. It’s always a great time when you spend it with family, isn’t it? I will be posting some pics from the trip in the next few days.

I wore this swimsuit from Mi Ola on the second day of swimming. Mi Ola swimsuits are designed so that it stays on the body. It’s designed by a surfer for surfers. Although I am far from being a surfer, I would love to wear something that is comfortable and that would stay on with me the whole time. You know, you don’t want a “wardrobe malfunction” especially at the beach or pool.

The fun was in the giant slides. My cousin Jamie, who flew from Oklahoma City to join us, and I tried every single slide at the resort. Ha! Thankfully, Mi Ola stayed on with me the whole time. Yup, it delivered its promise! Aside from that, the boyshorts are so stylish! A girl’s gotta have a style too in the pool or at the beach. And the sunnies….they’re from this trendy accessories store called Archetrend and they’re my favorite these days! My hot pink jelly slippers, also my favorite, were from Elaine Turner.
