I know most of you are counting the weeks till Spring…most especially the ones in badly-stricken Polar Vortex zones! But until that happens, you’re still welcome to layer up and style your fall and winter outfits. Here’s another military-inspired outfit.

Again, the military jacket has a twist. If you remember, I posted a jacket once with sequined sleeves. This time, it’s faux leather. The jacket is from Velvet Heart’s late fall collection and is currently on sale. Since spring is fast approaching, this is the best time to purchase fall and winter items that will become staples in your closet.

I have seen the military trend for about 3 fall seasons now and I’m thinking that it will make its comeback again in Fall 2014. This particular piece is very edgy because of the faux leather sleeves and collar. However, if you’d already rather transition to spring, Velvet Heart already came out with super cute tops in spring colors!

Oh, did you notice my YOLO Paris shirt? I sure hope you did and I’m sure you know what it means…but just in case, do I need to tell you? *Wink* Anyway, it’s not just the usual YOLO shirt you’d see. M2 shirts added some class to it by adding “Paris”. How neat, isn’t it? It’s one of those shirts that when people see, they’re going to think if it’s the YOLO quote they knew or if YOLO is now actually a brand in Paris. Ha!
