Back with Celebrity Style for Less! If you missed last week’s Celebrity Style for Less, click here. You will see a different format here because I am showing you a couple of easy outfits that you can re-create from Jamie Chung . If you don’t know her, she’s the leading lady at The Hangover II. She’s my new style crush and what I love about her style is it’s very doable and wearable. You could see that even going to some events, she’s not too fancy at all. Without further a do…let me show you the outfits and how I re-created them and put my own touch to it.
What Jamie Chung Wore #1
This holiday style by Jamie is oldie but still goodie. She wore this to Charlotte Ronson Holiday Party at a Radioshack in NY back in December 2013. It looks like she was wearing a Vince Camuto Midi Pencil Skirt and a Dolce Vita Kana Snakeskin Pumps. I’m not quite sure about her sweater and her accessories though.
My Version of What She Wore
Candie’s Mohair Sweater via Kohl’s | Annie Jean Apparel Skirt (They shut down, check the options below) Forever Young Shoes (Also check out this, this, this, this, and this) | JustFab Studded Clutch Bag | SM Accessories Earrings | BaubleBar Necklace | Kitty Chic Accessories Bangles (All c/o)
So I have this black and white midi skirt which I styled awhile back. It’s obviously not the exact one Jamie was wearing but it’s close! Instead of matching it with a plain winter white sweater, I styled it with this mohair sweater instead which I got from Kohl’s. I would have styled it with a leopard skinny belt but I didn’t have one. I found some cute ones though on Amazon.com so I guess it’s time to buy a piece or two.
I realized that I didn’t have a black and white colorblock pumps similar to what Jamie was wearing so I opted for these Valentino-inspired studded pumps, the cheaper version instead. I provided some links above for more of these type of studded shoes and definitely check more options below.

What Jamie Chung Wore #2
From I’ve read, Jamie was wearing a French Connection Alpaca Cardigan here with a Proenza Schouler bag. Since this was probably awhile back, both items have already sold out. I am also not sure as to whose skirt and shoes she was wearing.
My Version of What She Wore
J2 by Jou Jou Faux Leather Jacket via Kohl’s | Deb Shops T-Shirt | Romwe Quilted Faux Leather Skirt | Deb Shops Utility Bag | AMI Clubwear Leopard Pumps | Pretty in Pynk Earrings | Miriam Merenfield LOVE Necklace | Daniel Wellington Watch | Boutique Minimaliste Bracelets (All c/o)
I really, really like the casual and relaxed vibe of Jamie’s French Connection cardigan and I don’t have one or couldn’t find any similar so I opted for a more edgy feel which is a faux leather cognac jacket which I got at Kohl’s. I love that she was wearing a loosed shirt but hers is more sheer and mine is jersey material but it did serve the purpose.
I wasn’t a total fan of her open toe leopard pumps. I think the closed pumps are more chic, thus that’s what I’m wearing. Other than the fact that I don’t have an open toe leopards. Since this is Celebrity Style for Less, I’m sporting a Deb Shops utility bag compared to her Proenza Schouler one. *Grin*

So happy you chose Jamie Chung as your style inspiration for this post. She’s super adorable and I’ve liked her ever since MTV’s Real World San Diego. I’m pretty sure I was still in high school when she was on that. Anyway I really like the Valentino Rockstud pumps and featured a bride who looked fabulous in them for her City Hall wedding. They’re so fierce!
