School is back and I’m counting the remaining summer days…hoping I can stop the clock because I don’t ever want summer to end. I’m sure many of you disagree, especially those of you who are in scorching heat like us here in Houston, Texas.

While I can take a breather from the heat, I’d still love for it to be summer all year long, like Florida or the Caribbean!
