This is one of my favorite shooting spots in Downtown Houston. I just love the tall glass buildings and the lighting is perfect! Downtown Houston is about 20 minutes from where I live. So yes, sales every now and then we'd drive to downtown just to get a nice New York-like or city vibe backdrop for street style photos!

So here's another military-inspired outfit. I think I may already have about over 10 of these military jackets but I love it! I already said that it's always huge during fall, at least for the past couple of Falls and for as long as I'm blogging, I've seen how this trend is loved by many. Since it is very common, putting your very own twist to how you style it is the key. Some wear them with jeans, leggings, shorts, even dresses and skirt. I've styled mine with jeans before so I decided to soften up the look with a tulle or tutu skirt from Chicwish and popping off the outfit with some deep red accessories. I didn't want to go to 'earthy' with the colors this time, although I had done it with the Levi's look I pulled together the last time. If you missed that, you can view it here.
