I’m really panicking internally that summer is almost about to be over. Although we have longer warmer days here in Texas, it sure does get cold too.

I’m a winter baby and am not thrilled that my birthday often falls on a cold day or night. I love spring and summer and always likes to keep our house warm during the day which drives my husband crazy because as soon as he walks in the door from work, he sweats. Ha! But 80 degrees and higher is my comfort zone. I know it’s too hot for some but I’d take it anytime over 72 degrees and lower.

But you can’t blame me as well because spring and summer fashion is just too cute! I know fall and winter fashion is great too but let’s be honest…it’s a lot of effort! You have to put on 3-4 layers to feel cozy and warm. But with spring and summer fashion, a lot of times, it’s one or two pieces.

One of my favorite purchases this summer was this really love embroidered romper. Believe it or not, it’s only $26. A friend found the same exact one in another store for close to $40 but where I got it from is $26! It’s such a great buy and super cute in person.
