The day after this outfit post is the first day of March and I will literally be counting the days till officially it's spring which is March 20th. The weather has been kind to us last week until Tuesday of this week but on Wednesday, the weather dropped again. Although it's still being sorta bipolar, I was thankful for some warmer days because it wasn't so hard to shoot. I could wear short skirts without having to wear tights. But come spring, I'm sure you ladies will rejoice with me! Because it's skirt, shorts, and dress season and it's going to be fun, fun, fun! I'm excited to see more spring items in oh-so-feminine spring colors. This jacquard skirt from Pomp & Circumstance is just one that's already in my closet. (Not to mention of course that I'm launching my own skirts line pretty soon, so stay tuned!) It's kind of got an awkward flow…it's not a full circle skirt but it's not a bodycon skirt either…it seems to me it's a mini A-line skirt because of the way it's cut. Either way, it's cute and I love it because of the colors and can be used for both day and night during spring season! Of course, with this look, I went with a more dressy day look with the Victorian embellished neckline top from Living Doll LA but you can certainly go more casual if you wear perhaps a plain ivory v-neck top and a pair of sandals. By the way, Living Doll LA will be doing a Spring Makeover and all items (except those on sale) will be 15% off and if you're in the Houston area and would like to visit Pomp and Circumstance, you can mention my blog and you will receive a 15% off as well. Till my next post!
