Happy St. Patrick’s Day y’all! I didn’t plan on any St. Patrick’s Day outfit for today because in a few days, we will be officially stepping into Spring 2014 and I thought I need to officially end the winter by posting my final winter look. Here it is! Although it still gets cold, rainy, and chilly in Houston, I’m optimistic about the next few days being warmer. So YAY! For my final winter look, since I am bidding winter a farewell, I decided to go a bit more edgy…I want to say goodbye to winter with my fist up, ha! I don’t like cold weather at all. Whatever season it is though, you can expect to see distressed jeans. Black is always there too. But boots and heavy layering of course will have to go. What inspired this look? The Khombu boots. My! I wish I had them at the beginning of winter because they are super warm and comfy. We don’t get snow here in Houston but they are perfect for rain or snow! The inside has cushion and fur. To be honestly, I really loved this look. It’s different from what I am used to wearing here on my blog but it’s a super cool look, don’t you think? I know some of you are still getting snow in your area…check out these boots! They are worth investing for next winter! Until then…in the next few days, you will definitely see Spring looks as I embrace this new season.
