Happy New Year everyone! Hope you all had an amazing Christmas and New Year's celebrations Here's my first outfit post for the year 2014!
During winter when the weather tends to heavily dry our skin, healing it's important that we must pay more careful attention to it, otherwise, it becomes more prone to dryness and break outs. Before we even head out of the house, we need to make sure that we have taken good care of our skin with great gentle products, preferrably with natural extracts. I was given some samples of Clearasil's Daily Clear products and I loved the fact that they contain some natural anti-oxidants such as cranberry, raspberry, and Vitamin B3. I start the day by washing my face with the Superfruit Wash and end it with the Scrub before I go to sleep. The Superfruit pads can be used in between occasionally. That's a winner! On to the outfit, how do you all like the (semi?) retro look? I love the dress the moment I saw it at Romwe but I must admit that it wasn't the best fit. I wish it's more flattering on the upper figure, a little more cinched at the waist and perhaps a more flowy textile. Otherwise, the style is great and I loved it nevertheless! I'm not a huge fan of black and white as you all know but for those of you who are, this is an amazing style. What may not fit perfect for me, may fit perfect for you so it's worth the try! It comes with a burgundy belt but I chose to use a red one in my closet so it will be a perfect match with my Isola shoes. This outfit is easy and chic, anyone can do it and it's classic!

Lynne, I love this retro dress on you and the different pops of red. It has a real pin-up style to it. The peep-toe pumps are loud and expressive while also being immensely stylish. Nice jewelry and cute sunglasses. Very nice envelope clutch as well.
