Lily White Gold Sequined Top + Forever21 Satin Floral Skirt

I can't believe that May is almost over. Only a few more days and we're already half way through the year. Oh how time flies! Time sure does sneak up on us. Before we knew it, healing it's almost Christmas time again…which I really don't have any problem because it really is my favorite holiday. But then my issue comes a couple of months after that…when I turn another year older, levitra ha! Well, look they said age is just a number. *wink*

Anyways, I'm getting way too far ahead. I was reminded to live this moment with this quote shared in an email by our choir pastor the other day which was a quote from the movie Kung Fu Panda: "Today is a gift. That is why it is called the present!" One day at a time dear self.

On to my outfit…would you dare wear a sequined item during summer? I know I would. In fact, sequins are a great way to an instant glam. This gold sequined top is from Lily White Clothing (c/o). Both Lily White and their sister company As U Wish specialize in affordable chic clothing. You can find them in stores like Macy's, Nordstrom, JC Penney, Burlington, and other local retailers. It took me a while to make up my mind on what bottom to pair it with but finally decided on this satin Forever21 floral skirt which I had for awhile.

Since the top is already sophisticated, there's no other way to go but to wear simple jewelries. I picked my new favorite dangling Wonderland earrings from JewelMint (c/o) and a couple of oldie but goodie arm candies; my beige and gold bangle and a black hearts bracelet.
