Whoever said that you can't wear white after Labor Day is a fool. There, try I just said it. Ooops, pills did I? Don't judge me. For awhile there's a lot of us who followed and never really wore white without really even knowing the reason why. White is like black, it's basic, it's staple. Yes, we do go to dull, darker, jewel tones in fall and winter but it doesn't mean that you can't actually wear white anymore. With that said, if you have a pair of white jeans, be brave little one! Be brave to rock it and here are 5 ways how…

#1 With a Sweater and a Scarf

A really simple and relaxed casual look with a bright red sweater or tunic. I would have preferred one that is more oversized but I couldn't find one locally. I have provided some options for you below though so be sure to check it out. This is a great look for running errands when it's not so cold. We've had pretty good days recently here in Houston, a much-needed break from the winter cold so this is a go-to outfit when it's still chilly but not freezing. A great look for a Valentine's Day lunch with your beau if you're not able to go out on a dinner because of work or something but able to grab lunch together.

A little dressy and a bit more sophisticated – that's what a faux fur does usually. It adds a bit of glam. Going for the neutral or earthy tones that work well with white. It's dressy but still a bit casual with a pair of chunky heel booties and a big dome satchel. If you have a black faux fur vest instead, wear a beige inner top.

#3 With An Oversized Jacket/Cardigan

A bright and feminine look. Of course you can always wear it with whatever color coat or oversized cardigan you have but it's better if you rock your white jeans with a pastel or bright-colored coat. You can also wear it with your tan coat if you want a neutral look. However, if you fancy this checkered cardigan, it's still available. Unfortunately though, only in lilac but it's just as pretty! A tough, edgy look. That's what a faux leather moto jacket gives. If you have a black one like this, soften up the look with a neutral inner shirt or sweater. You can even use a light pink sweater. If you want an edgier look, you can go darker but I personally prefer to soften it up with a lighter, neutral or pastel color.

#5 With a Jacket, a Sweater, and a Button Down

Here's a professional preppy, layered look…just probably a tad bit festive for work, but you get the idea! You can always tone down the color combination if you wish. This is one of my favorite layering style to do. It makes one look so dignified. It's great for casual business meetings. Casual but still looking sophisticated and professional.
