A few days ago in another feature, cialis I mentioned how I wanted to start featuring and supporting local boutiques here on my blog. So a staple from a local boutique called Designs by Lynn (Yes we have the same name!) which opened in May 2013. I am an entrepreneur myself and I love seeing women taking that big leap of faith and risk to start their own. I think that's amazing. Marcy, who is the owner, is such a sweetheart, and the store is so cozy. You can have that personal interaction that you normally wouldn't get from large chain stores. She describes her boutique as "the new destination spot for style and fashion for every kind of woman." I like that!
So how about a faux leather peplum for fall? When I visited Designs by Lynn, this is the first item that I grabbed. The color, the length, the style – it's so me. I wore this dress to the Simon Fashion Now presented by Cadillac fashion show a couple of weeks ago. I love peplums, if I haven't said it yet, because it gives the body a more curvaceous illusion. Since, I kinda lack in curves (ahem!), this style is perfect! I will be featuring a few more items from Designs by Lynn in the next few weeks so stay tuned. Much respect to you showcasing brands from around my great hometown of Houston. The name of the booties designer describes my thoughts on this outfit- just fabulous! This is just chic toughness with the stylish booties and the lovely leather peplum dress. You never fail to find such charming accessories; and the necklace, earrings, and bracelet are more than charming here. Your smile and hairstyle just sweetens an already sweet outfit. Oh, and did I mention those JustFab booties are just fabulous… just like the rest of this outfit? ;)
