If today’s blog title kinda made you believe that somehow I am in an island somewhere…I’m so sorry to disappoint you. I know…me too, I’m disappointed. Oh how I wish I’m in Cancun or Bora Bora right now. Wishful thinking costs nothing. *Wink* So I never really had a skort in my life. When it first came out last year, I didn’t really dig it but this season I decided to try it. Savvy Boutique has them in beige and cobalt blue. Obviously I picked the beige because it’s spring and I feel that it is more flexible. It feels a bit loosed on me on the waist but no big deal, buy it sits more around or below the belly button. I must say that I developed a taste for it, it’s pretty neat, it looks unusual but definitely trendy. Now the top is from WIldlife Works and is an organic cotton made by women in Kenya. It’s very soft and it’s got a draped hole in the back (see photo below). It’s also assymetrical, thus I decided to not fully tuck it in but show the back portion. Now the thing that popped off the whole outfit is none other than this limited edition scarf from Leigh & Luca which I absolutely love! They do have the most amazing scarves I have ever seen. I love this particular one that has palm trees in neon pink. It worked perfectly with the yellow and beige combination I have on.

If you noticed, I have a different iPhone case this time, still from Clique Shops. I wanted to match my case with the tropical/vacation theme I kinda have with my scarf so I used the “Lemon” case. How cool and stylish is that? It’s super cute too! It worked well with my hot pink clutch from Charming Charlie, which is definitely one of my favorite accessories store. I know it seems like there’s too many things going on if you look carefully but as awhole, it’s just a beautiful colorfull mess! Ha!
