Honestly, I don’t remember aztec prints being so huge last winter season but it’s been so huge this fall and winter. Here’s another aztec piece in my closet and yet another quilted skirt, this time in white. Have you ever combined trends in putting together your outfits in any particular season? I think it’s both exciting and challenging to be able to combine trends and not look like a fashion wreck. The rule that you can’t wear white after Labor Day is no longer applicable these days. Gotta love how fashion rules change and how fashion itself evolves. Who says you have to follow fashion rules anyways? Okay, maybe a tiny bit – at least with color combinations and what not. This outfit is totally contrasting. From dark to light – a combination of white, black, and spring colors. It’s important to play with colors in your outfits and not be afraid to mix in and out of season hues every now and then! Be playful, be creative.
