"Focus on the journey, case not the destination. Joy is found not in finishing an activity but in doing it." I love this quote by Greg Anderson. Isn't it true that we get so preoccupied in getting to our destination that we often forget the journey itself – the people we meet and the lessons we learn along the way? I know that I am guilty of this sometimes.
I thought of journey while editing these pics because of this new location my mom and I found in Downtown. Before actually doing this photo shoot, my mom and I drove to and thru Downtown Houston a few days before, looking for that perfect urban spot with great lighting. What you see now is the "outcome" of the journey but little did you know that were some nitty gritty details involved before putting out these photos – including little Lynne G. being picky with her hair, lighting, and color balance of the photos in the camera. Yes, sometimes the not-so-fun activities in the journey but my mom can make the shoot a little interesting, especially when she mimics little Lynne G!
Anyway, here's another look from Romwe! Do I need to introduce them again? *Wink* This is my third look from them and more coming!
