A few weeks ago, sovaldi if you will remember, my family and I went to Lake Conroe, Texas for a weekend staycation at the La Torretta Lake Resort and Spa. If you missed my recap of my stay and some photos, you can click here. Today, I'd like to share with you some of my staycation outfits.
Staycation Outfit #1:
Caralase Boutique Maxi Dress (Sold out but you might like this black and white stripes maxi) | Dynamic Asia Scarf | Charlotte Russe Fringe Handbag | Sunglasses Shop Rayban Sunnies | Outrage Fashion Earrings | ModDeals Bracelet | Spiegel Bow Slippers (All c/o)
Maxi dresses are a no-brainer…when traveling during spring and summer, you cannot NOT bring a maxi or two. They're easy and comfortable. Adding a light scarf will pop-off your maxi outfit. I did a print on print here – printed scarf over a printed bottom of the maxi. My sister-in-law actually thought that my dress is a top and a skirt because of the solid top portion. Golly, looking at these pics from 2 weeks ago make me realize how long my hair has gotten! I have since cut my hair, in case you haven't noticed in my latest photos. *Wink*
Staycation Outfit #2
SoPerla Boutique Sequin Anchor Top | Sweetie Styles Boutique Embellished Shorts | Barrington Gifts Tote Bag | Rue21 Earrings | Arm Candy Fashion Anchor Bangle and Ring | Stella and Dot Arrow Bangle | Rue21 Slippers (All c/o)
And here's the second outfit which is obviously blingy! The sequined anchor top matched with gem-embellished scalloped shorts as well as blingy sandals/slippers…yup, each piece is just adorable! Thankfully, both the top and the shorts are still available, so if you like anchors and blings, shop away! The direct link is above.
