Off-shoulder dresses are by no-doubt one of the flirtiest style of dresses out there. What I love about it though is it it’s not the sensual flirty style but it’s fun and playful – just like this one from Lulu’s. It’s got a ruffled hem and it’s sort of high-low but not so much. The bell sleeves give you just the right amount of boho/retro vibe. You will love this dress because it’s really so adorable in person!
