Red Bow Dress: A Sexy Date Night Outfit

Although I’d wear this on a date night, unfortunately, it’s been ages since I went to one (sssshhh don’t judge!). I did wear this to an event here in Houston not too long ago though at Saks Fifth Avenue previewing some spring fashion, accompanied with my brother from another mother. If you’re following me on Instagram, you might have seen a snap shot of it. I wore it without a necklace though. Not sure what I was thinking. I guess I really wanted to “travel light”.  In other words, I wanted to look simple with the emphasis on the dress and the bow in the back. It really has a killer bow accent and cut out in the back, so you would have to do a top knot with your hair or do a side style with it to expose the design. The length is quite modest and the fit is very flattering. So sexy indeed. The dress will really accentuate your curves. Between black and nude shoes, I decided to go with the nudes. I’m not fond of red and black combination. For some reason, it remindes me of Dracula! So to keep the sexiness of the outfit without reminding me of the bloody vampire, I went with gold jewels and nude shoes. Besides, black and red will make you look a bit more matured than usual. Just my thoughts. I did go heavy on my eye make-up here. Because…smokey eyes are sexy!
